||MoneyGram's new restriction rules
Thank you for continuously using SBI Remit.
Due to enhancement of compliance policy, MoneyGram, one of our major remittance partners, has implemented new rules below about the quantity, amount of transactions, number of beneficiaries, sending to countries over a given period of time. These apply only for MoneyGram services and there are no changes of rules for Bank Direct services. Please note that depending on customer's usage conditions, restrictions may be applied even within the following ranges.
1. Maximum number of transactions
To China : 1 time/day, 2 times/week and 4 times/30 days
To other countries : 3 times/day, 6 times/week and 20 times/30 days
2. Maximum transfer amount
To China : USD1,000/transaction
To other countries : USD 8,000 equivalent/ transaction
Aggregate amount : USD 8,000 equivalent/ 30 days
3. Maximum number of beneficiaries : 4 beneficiaries/30 days
4. Maximum sending to countries : 3 countries/30 days

||Notice of Revision of Terms and Conditions
We will partially revise the Terms and Conditions of International Money Transfer Transactions and the Terms and Conditions of International Money Transfer Transactions by Raku-Raku Members on March 1, 2018.
This revision makes the requisite revision of the following point .
(Cancelling International Money Transfers, etc.)
If the money transfer recipient does not receive the funds after 90 days(inclusive of the same day) have passed since the notice of the completion of money transfer instructions and terminate the money transfer agreement after money transfer recipient was unable to receive that funds, the amount equivalent to the deposit fee and money transfer fee shall not be returned.
We ask that you understand and check the content of the revisions when conducting transactions.
If the unrevised Terms and Conditions of International Money Transfer Transactions from March 1, 2018 or earlier are shown on the Company's website, the revised Terms and Conditions of International Money Transfer Transactions will take precedence.

Number of remittances per month: 4 times

||[Notification] Regarding Remittance Flow Change For New Remittance Request
In order to strengthen compliance response , upon sending remittance to a new recipient, advance registration is required.
From November 21 (Tuesday), it may take about an hour to be able to complete the remittance request as we will review the registration first.
However, it may take several business days depending on the review content.
We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.

||Start of Remittance to Bank account in Myanmar!
We will start the remittance to CB Bank, one of the biggest bank in Myanmar. Now you can send money to CB Bank account directly.
Feature of the service
- You can withdraw the money at 190 CB Bank branches in all land of Myanmar.
- You can send money to your bank account for savings.
- After arrival of the money to the account, you will receive the confirmation e-mail of the arrival.
The Fee of the service is same as cash pick-up. No more costs for it.
You cannot cancel the remittance after arrival. If you sent by mistake, please tell us immediately.
In this situation, we will deduct 1,000 yen as the handling fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
For registration, please prepare the items below and contact us.
- Residence card (zairyu card)
- Passbook of CB bank
- SBI remit card (if you have)
