Notice of mobile app version upgrade (Update)

Thank you for using SBI Remit’s international money transfer service.

 

Regarding the mobile app version upgrade, we will temporarily suspend the use of the following services of the mobile application you are currently using.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers, but please use the WEB service from the following URL during the maintenance period below.

In addition, after the version upgrade, both the App Store and Google Store can be downloaded only to sites in Japan, and cannot be downloaded from sites other than Japan.

Please note that you will not be able to use the old version of the app after the version upgrade.

From 24:00 on May 16th, 2022 to June 2nd, 2022 (finished)

 

Changes after version upgrade:

You can use the eKYC (electronic identity verification) function.
