There are two ways to receive your money: cash pick-up and bank account. Cash pick-up is a service where the recipient can receive the money in cash at a MoneyGram agents.
1. Cash Pickup
With this cash receipt service that does not require a bank account, you can receive your cash in 10 minutes at MoneyGram agent locations in designated countries by presenting your reference number and identification.

2. Bank Account
You can check the account balance for transfered money in the designated bank account. The processing time to credit money depends on the beneficiary banks.

Once you have completed the membership registration, you will receive a "Welcome Package (documents delivered by courier services)" within one week. The welcome package can only be received by the person who applied for membership. After that, please log in to website using the temporary login password included in the Welcome Package. Then, follow the steps and once you agree to the terms of use, your membership registration will be completed.

Remittance Request
After logging in website, click on “Remittance” in the menu to make a remittance request (you need to deposit funds into the reserve account in advance). You can also choose Remit card remittance or Bank Transfer(Furikomi) remittance options while registering the recipient.
Issuance of Reference Number
After your remittance request is accepted, the Reference Number screen will be displayed. The Reference Number will also be sent to your registered email address and SMS. If you are using Remit Card remittance, Furikomi remittance, or convenience store remittance, please check your email.
Receive Money
Two types of receipt are available: cash pick-up and bank transfer.
