As part of our efforts to strengthen customer management and information security, we are currently working to ensure that customer information is appropriate.

In line with this, we would like to ask you to please be aware of the following matters.

(1) Summary of implementation: Members who have not used our company for more than 3 years and have no registered beneficiaries as of the end of May 2025 will no longer be able to send money.

(2) Date of implementation: June 2025 or later
