Withdrawals

The balance in the reserve account can be returned to your bank account.

Service Process

  • Register the bank account to be used for withdrawal

    Once your membership registration is complete, register the bank account to be used for withdrawal from the member portal.
    Member portal login> Member profile > Edit Member Profile > Withdrawal Account Registration> Financial Institution Search > Select Financial Institution, Branch Office, Account Number and Account Name

    *Please be sure to specify an individual whom is a member as the account holder. Note that your transfer may not be processed if incorrect bank account information is provided.

  • Registering a Withdrawal Request

    Register a request for the withdrawal of funds from the member portal.
    Member Portal Login > Account Management > Withdrawal Request > Enter Withdrawal Amount> Withdrawal Request Complete

  • Transfers to the withdrawal account

    We will transfer the amount, less the withdrawal fee, to the withdrawal account.
    Note that multiple transfers attract separate transfer fees for each transaction.
    Any withdrawals processed by 15:00(JST) on a banking business day will be transferred on the next business day.
