Regarding inquiries about not receiving emails from SBI Remit

Since around June 23rd, we have received an increasing number of inquiries from members using Gmail, stating that they are not receiving various emails sent from SBI Remit.

Upon investigation, we have confirmed that all emails have been sent but they are being filtered into the ‘Spam’ folder by Gmail.

We are currently considering countermeasures to prevent our emails from being marked as spam, but it may take some time to implement them.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask all members to please check their “Spam” folder.

 

Additionally, if you find any of our emails in your Spam folder, please mark them as “Not Spam” when opening them. This may help ensure that future emails are delivered to your regular inbox.

Please note that emails from our company are sent using the domain shown below. The part before the @ symbol may vary depending on the content.
