【Important】Please Verify Your Beneficiary Account Information

Thank you for continuously using SBI Remit’s international money transfer service.

In May of this year, Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) tightened its regulations. Therefore, to comply with Bank of Thailand regulations and ensure your international remittance to Thailand is processed smoothly,

 

We kindly ask you to carefully verify the correctness of your beneficiary account information before proceeding.

 

◆Please confirm the following information:

Items to confirm Details
Beneficiary’s Full Name must exactly match the name on the Thai National ID Card and the bank account
Bank Account Number must be same as shown in Passbook or Thai Bank Mobile App
Bank Name ensure the selected bank is accurate
National ID Number same with Thai National ID Card
Registered Phone Number For the account linked with PromptPay
Beneficiary’s Thai Address same with Thai National ID Card
Items to confirm Details
Beneficiary’s Full Name must exactly match the name on the Thai National ID Card and the bank account
Bank Account Number must be same as shown in Passbook or Thai Bank Mobile App
Bank Name ensure the selected bank is accurate
National ID Number same with Thai National ID Card
Registered Phone Number For the account linked with PromptPay
Beneficiary’s Thai Address same with Thai National ID Card

 

◆Important Notes:

  1. 1. Please ask your recipient or beneficiary to contact the bank branch to verify and correct your information as needed.
    If the account holder is unable to contact the bank or the registered account cannot be used, we recommend changing the receiving bank to Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), or registering a new recipient whose bank account and mobile phone information have already been updated.
  2. 2. Please note that our company cannot take responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete beneficiary information.
  3. 3. For Mobile Application or Website users, please check and capture a screenshot when registering by yourself.
    You can then submit the bank account information, receiver information, and the screenshot to our Customer Center to help ensure the registration process is completed correctly.
  4. 4. For Remit Card users, you can submit the bank account information and receiver or beneficiary information directly to our Customer Center, and our staff will support you throughout the registration process.

 

We strongly recommend that you double-check all details before handling your transaction.

The accuracy of this information is essential to prevent delays, rejections, or additional verification by the beneficiary bank in Thailand.
