Notification on Suspension of transactions for “Members who have not been using our services for a long time”

Thank you for using SBI Remit International Money Transfer service.

 

In accordance with International Remittance Transaction Regulations, Article 20, Paragraph 4 (5), we will suspend transactions for members who would fall under the conditions found below.

※ If suspended, you will not be able to use the international money transfer service and the international remittance receiving service.

 

■ Condition that would Cause Suspension of Member Transaction

・Those members who did not use our international money transfer service or international remittance receiving service since February 17, 2020 and who were unable to update their latest Japan home address and/or residence status information since the said date.

 

For members, who are covered by the above conditions, and who would wish to resume using our services, please contact our Customer Center.
