We will continue to contribute to further improvement of customer convenience.

【Financial Institutions Offering Internet Reserve Accounts】

Resona Bank, Ltd.

• Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Mizuho Bank Ltd.

• Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.

※In the case of Mizuho Bank, the service hours are off for national holidays and transfer holidays, and the deposit will be reflected on the next business day.

※Please check with your financial institution for the latest service dates and times. Service hours may have changed.

※The money will be reflected in the customer’s remittance reserve account balance and the Furikomi remittance will be executed up to 15 minutes later.

Please note that deposits will not be reflected in the following cases

• In case of discrepancies in bank account holder, account number, etc.
• When we are unable to accept deposits due to system maintenance, etc.
• When the financial institution to which the payment is to be made is unable to handle the payment due to system maintenance, etc.
• In case of change of registered information, such as residence card acceptance procedures or change of address, etc.
• Other cases that conflict with our International Money Transfer Transaction Regulations, etc.

• Deposit to the Internet Remittance Reserve Account (Internet Remittance)
• Deposit to the registered bank account for Furikomi remittance (Furikomi remittance)）
