Remittance Cancellation Fee
There is no remittance cancellation fee charged by our company.
For the Vietnam transfer to bank account remittance service, the remittance fee will not be refunded in case of a cancelled remittance or a remittance error.
*The deposit fee is non-refundable.
*When the recipient has already received the funds, the transaction cannot be canceled.
Refund Fee
When the balance in the money transfer reserve account is refunded by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account in Japan, the following fee will be charged.

If, due to unavoidable circumstances such as the customer not having a bank account, the balance in the money transfer reserve account is refunded by registered cash mail to an address in Japan, the following fee will be charged.

If, upon cancellation of the SBI Remit NEOBANK bank account, the balance in the money transfer reserve account is remitted overseas by international money transfer, the following fees will be charged.

※If the customer has a balance of Remit points, such points may be applied to cover the refund fee up to the applicable amount.
