We are pleased to announce that a new cash pickup option, “MG-Palawan” (10minutes service to Palawan) has been added for remittances to the Philippines.

“MG-Palawan” is limited to Palawan Pawnshop locations within the Philippines, and it offers a more favorable exchange rate compared to “MG-10mins,” which can be received at any agents.

If you wish to use “MG-Palawan,” please add a new recipient or change the existing transfer method via the web or mobile app. If you only use the Remit Card, please contact our customer center.

• “MG-Palawan”: Limited to pick up at Palawan Pawnshop (offers a more favorable exchange rate)

• “MG-10mins”: Can be received at all MG agents (standard MG exchange rate)
