Notification Regarding Partial Service Suspension of Online Remittance
Thank you for using SBI Remit International Remittance services.
A system failure occurred on our website around 9:00 AM, May 15, 2018.
Regrettably, as a result of investigating the cause, we are now under maintenance and reinforcement of our system.
Remittances using (1) SBI Remit Card and (2)Furikomi services are available to send as usual, while remittances from your pocket account thru (3) internet remittance and (4) convenience store will be temporarily suspended.
An announcement will be posted on our website once the latter two services will be resumed.
Regarding the account balance in the pocket account, if you wish to withdraw , please contact our Customer Center.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and appreciate your patience while we work diligently to resolve the issue.
