FAQ (If you have trouble with money transfer)
How can I make a transfer?
To make a transfer, go to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” smartphone application and click on “Fund Transfer” in the menu.
*You cannot transfer money from ATM.
You can transfer funds by two methods shown below.
(1) Enter the payee directly to transfer funds
(2) Select the registered payee to transfer funds
Go to the Target Screen by the procedure given below.
① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.


②After the screen moves to SBI Remit NEOBANK top, tap “Transfer” on the menu


③Go to the Payee selection screen


(1) To transfer money by entering the payee directly
On the Payee selection screen, tap the “New Payee” button. You will be redirected to the Transfer Input screen. Follow the instructions on this screen and enter the required fields.


(2) To make a transfer by selecting a payee from the list of registered payees
Scroll down on the Payee selection screen to view the full name of your registered payee.
Tapping this destination will take you to the screen for transferring funds to the registered destination. Follow the instructions on this screen and enter the required fields.
