How can I use ATMs and what are the fees?

You can check on the “When in trouble with using an ATM” page under “Contact Us” by going to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” application.

 

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

②After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “≡” on the upper left corner.

③Tap “Contact Us” in the menu that appears.

④Tap “When in trouble with using an ATM” at the top of the “Contact Us” screen.
