FAQ (How to set up salary receiving account)

Go to the NEOBANK website from the SBI Remit application and check the “Salary Receipts” page under “Account Information/Deposits and Withdrawals”.

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

①Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

 

②After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “≡” on the upper left corner.

 

③Tap “Account Information/Deposits and Withdrawals” in the menu that appears.

④Tap “Deposits/Receipts” in the menu that appears

 

⑤Tap “Salary Receipts” in the menu that appears

 

⑥Go to the “Salary Receipts” page
