How can I check my account information such as branch code and account number?
You can go to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” smartphone app to check your account information on the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen in the “Customer Information” section.
It can also be verified on the back of your ID card and cash card with debit facility.
Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.
① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.
② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”
③Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen
You can check your account information such as branch code and account number under “Account Number” in “Basic Information”.

(Bank code: 0038)
② Branch name: SBI Remit Branch
③ Branch code: 206
④ Deposit classification: Savings
⑤ Account number: ******** (7-digit number)
