How do I reset my WEB login password or WEB transaction password?

Go to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” application, and go to the “If you are having trouble with your password or user name” screen under “Contact Us” to reset various passwords.

 

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button

② Go to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page and tap “≡” on the upper left corner

③ Tap “Contact US” in the menu

④Tap “If you are having trouble with your password or user name” at the top of the “Contact Us” screen

⑤ Go to the “If you are having trouble with your password or user name” page

Follow the instructions on the screen to reset the target password.
