I have forgotten all my passwords. How do I reset each password?
You will need to reissue a temporary login password. Follow the procedure on the “Reissue Temporary Login Password” screen.
The following information is required for the procedure to reissue a temporary login password.
▪ Branch number
▪ Account number
▪ Date of birth
▪ Cash card PIN
A temporary login password will be sent to your registered address by mail.
After receiving the temporary login password, go to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” application and enter the temporary login password. Next, reset each password.
