FAQ (User name and various passwords)

You can check it on the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen in “Customer Information” on the NEOBANK website through the SBI Remit smartphone app.

 

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

 

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”

 

③Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen

Check “User name” under “Basic Information.”
