How do I change my registered information?

To change your address, phone number, or e-mail address, please complete the change procedure on the “SBI Remit” application before pressing the NEOBANK button.

SBI Remit NEOBANK does not require you to notify SBI Sumishin Net Bank of any changes to your address, telephone number, or e-mail address.

Once customer information is changed in the “SBI Remit” application, the customer information held by SBI Net Bank will also be automatically changed.

 

However, for name changes, in addition to the procedures at SBI Remit, you will also need to complete the procedure at SBI Sumishin Net Bank. For more information, please contact the SBI Remit Customer Center.
