FAQ (Usage Limit)
How can I check or change my debit card limit?
Go to the NEOBANK website through the “SBI Remit” smartphone app to check and change your debit card limit on the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen in “Customer Information”.
Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.
① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button
② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”
③Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen
④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Inquiry/Change” under “Debit Usage Limit” in “Card Settings”
⑤ Go to the “Debit Credit Limit Inquiry/Change” screen
Follow the screen to check or change your debit card limit.
