How can I check or change the withdrawal limit on my cash card?
Go to the NEOBANK website through the SBI Remit smartphone app to change the withdrawal limit of your cash card on the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen in “Customer Information”.
Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.
① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.
② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”
③ Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen
④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Change” under “Cash card usage setting status” in “Card Settings”
⑤ Go to the “Change Cash Card Settings” screen
Follow the screen to change your cash card withdrawal limit.
