FAQ (Usage Limit)
How can I check or change my transfer limit?
Go to the NEOBANK website through the SBI Remit smartphone app to check and change your transfer limit on the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen in “Customer Information”.
Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.
① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”

③ Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen

④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Transfer Limit” in “Security Settings”.

⑤ Go to the “Change Transfer Limit” screen
Follow the screen to check or change your transfer limit.
