How can I use a cash card with debit facility?

In addition to being able to withdraw cash (Japanese yen) from ATMs as a cash card, it can also be used to make payments at stores with the Mastercard logo.

Like a credit card, it can be used to pay for in-store and online shopping, and alike, and since the amount is debited from your bank account at the same time you use it, it is easy to manage without worrying about overspending.

If you use the card for payment at a store, please tell them “by card” or “by Mastercard”. If you are asked how many times you would like to make a payment, please tell them “one time”.

If you are unable to use your cash card with debit facility, please go to the following page and check if any of the listed situations applies to you.
