Why do you need to know the telephone number and e-mail address of the recipient?
You do not have to complete details of the recipient’s telephone number and e-mail address. However, if you register the e-mail address then we will inform the recipient of the Reference Number(RN) by e-mail. The language used in this case will be the same as the language shown for e-mails, as registered in the membership information for the remitting party (the member). For example, if you have received e-mails from us in Japanese, then we will also send emails to the recipient in Japanese.
