FAQ (Time required)
How long does it usually take until cash can be picked up locally, or until it is deposited in the account?
This depends on the remittance method. It can take a minimum of just 10 minutes, but usually it can be received within 1-3 hours.
However, please note that it may take longer than this, regardless of the method used, if we need to carry out administrative procedures such as secondary checks on the purpose of the remittance or similar.
Below is a list of (target) times to receipt for each remittance method.

If funds are deposited within banking business hours, the report is sent to us within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Once we have checked the deposited funds, a Reference Number is immediately issued and cash may be picked up locally.
* It may take individual banks around half a day to deposit funds into the SBI Remit account on days when there are a lot of remittance reports, such as the days of the month that are multiples of 5 or 10 and salary payment dates, etc. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
