I have registered for membership but I have not received an e-mail from you. Why is that?

Please inquire at our customer service center by e-mail or by phone so that we can check on the status of your registration for membership. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note that the cases listed below may be the reason that the e-mail has not arrived; we would ask that you be sure to check these before making any inquiry.

 

・You may be unable to accept our e-mail due to your spam settings.
 Please adjust your mail domain settings to allow you to receive e-mail from “@remit.co.jp”. Please check with your communications carrier for details of spam e-mail settings.
・Your e-mail address may be wrong.
 Log in on the members’ site, go to “Details of membership information” and press “Change membership information,” then correct your e-mail address to the right one.
