I have changed my address – are there any procedures I need to complete?
You need to follow the procedures to change your address. If you are doing this on the Internet, then log in on the members’ site, go to “Details of membership information” and press “Change membership information,” then register your change of address. Alternatively, you can inform our customer service center by e-mail or over the phone. In this case, we ask you to provide your membership number to allow us to deal with the matter smoothly.
