How will I receive my ID number card after opening my account?
The ID number card will be sent to your registered address by registered mail, so please pick it up.
It takes from one week to 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date the account is opened.
If you did not receive your ID number card due to absence, please check the notice of absence from the post office and contact the post office.
If you do not receive the card after the retention period at the post office, the ID number card will be returned to SBI Net Bank.
