We, SBI Remit Co., Ltd., consider the handling of personal information as very important. The Company will, when obtaining any Personal Information, identify the purpose of use thereof and obtain it to the extent it becomes necessary. The Company will specify the purpose of use on ‘Handling of Personal Information’, and appoint the Administrator of Personal Information Protection Management to be responsible for setting and executing the confirmation procedure to avoid abuse of the Personal Information. Moreover, the Company will establish the internal management system and implement the safety management measure and enforce safety and security measures prevent use beyond the extent of purpose of use.

2. Management and Protection of Personal Information

The Company will strictly manage the Personal Information, and will not disclose or provide any Personal Information for the third party without obtaining prior consent from the relevant customer or any legal foundation. Moreover, the Company will sets and executes the safety management measure in order to avoid leak, loss or damage of the Personal Information. The Company will take measures to prevent any problem and in case it occurs, the Company will take quick actions to prevent recurrence of problems.

3. We will strictly comply with all laws and standards related to personal information in our possession.

The Company will attempt to continue improvements of management structure and system to protect the Personal Information.

4. Response to Inquiries and Complaints

The Company will establish the system and procedure to quickly respond to inquiries and complaints about the Personal Information.

5. Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection Management Framework

The Company will continuously improve framework to manage Personal Information protection.
