How can I check that the recipient has received the funds remitted?

Please log in to the members’ site and check the status of the remittance under “list of remittance requests.”

If the receiving method is “Cash Pickup”, and the remittance status is shown as “Received”, this indicates that the recipient has received the funds.

If the receiving method is “Bank Direct / Account Deposit”, due to the nature of international remittances, we are unable to directly confirm the deposit into the recipient’s bank account. Therefore, if no remittance error notification is received from the local financial institution within a certain period after the remittance is executed, the status will be displayed as “Received”.

Please note that, for this reason, a remittance that has once been marked as “Received” may later be identified as a remittance error.
