How can I reissue a cash card with debit facility or my ID number card?

You can apply for re-issuance of your card by accessing the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” smartphone app and going to “Customer Information” – “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen.

However, if the reason for reissue is loss of card, please report the loss of the card first. For more information, see “I lost my cash card with debit facility/ID number card” .

 

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”

③ Go to “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen

④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Apply” under “Reissue Card” in “Card Settings”.

⑤ Go to the “Reissue Card” screen

Follow the instructions on the screen to make the procedure to reissue your card.
