I have lost my cash card with debit facility/ID number card. What do I need to do?

Immediately report the loss of your card.

You can report loss of card on the “Lost or Damaged Cards” screen on the NEOBANK website.

After going to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” application, go to the “Lost or Damaged Cards” screen under “Contact Us”.

Next, perform the steps for reissuing the card.

 

Please note that upon notification of loss, the following transactions will be suspended.

・Lost cash card card with debit card setting… ATM transactions and debit transactions

・Lost ID number card setting … Transactions using the ID number

 

If you have lost the card outside your home, or if it may have been stolen, please report it to the police as well.

Follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “≡” on the upper left corner.

③ Tap “Contact US” in the menu

④ Tap “Lost or Damaged Cards” at the top of the “Contact Us” screen.

⑤ Go to the “Lost or Damaged Cards” page

Follow the steps for “On losing your card”, and tap “Lost Card Procedures”.

⑥ Go to the “Lost and Found Cards” screen

On “Lost Cards”, select the type of lost card, and tap “Notify loss”.

⑦ Go back to “Lost or Damaged Cards” of step ⑤

Follow the steps for “On losing your card”, and tap “Card Reissue Procedure”.

⑧ Go to the “Reissue Card” screen,

select “Lost or stolen” as the reason for reissuing your card, and perform the steps for reissuing the card.
