I made a mistake with my cash card PIN and now my cash card is not working. Do I need to do anything to reactivate my card?

Please reset your cash card PIN. After the resetting is completed, the cash card can be used with the new PIN.

You can change it on the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen under “Customer Information” on the NEOBANK website through the SBI Remit smartphone app.

The WEB transaction password and ID number card are required in this procedure.

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”

③ Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen

④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Set” under “Reset Cash Card PIN” in “Card Settings”.

⑤ Go to the “Reset Cash Card PIN” screen

Follow the instructions on the screen to reset the PIN.
