How can I change my cash card PIN?

Go to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” smartphone app to change it from the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen in “Customer Information”.

The WEB transaction password and ID number card are required in this procedure.

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”

③Go to “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen

④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Set” under “Reset Cash Card PIN” in “Card Settings”.

⑤Go to the “Reset Cash Card PIN” screen

Follow the instructions on the screen to reset the PIN.
