How can I change or reset my debit PIN?

To change or reset the debit PIN, you need to apply for re-issuance of the card (for which a fee is charged).

Go to the NEOBANK website from the “SBI Remit” smartphone app, and go to “Customer Information”- “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen to apply for re-issuance of your card.

You cannot confirm or change your Debit PIN on the Web site or at the Customer Center.

 

Customers who have their debit cards reissued will have their debit card numbers changed. Note that your old debit card number will no longer be available.

If you have registered a debit card number for ongoing payments such as utility bills, telephone bills, or for online shopping, please be sure to change it yourself.

 

Please follow the steps below to go to the target screen.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

② After going to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page, tap “Customer Information Inquiry/Change”

③Go to the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen

④ Scroll down the “Customer Information Inquiry/Change” screen and tap “Apply” under “Reissue Card” in “Card Settings”.

⑤ Go to the “Reissue Card” screen

Follow the instructions on the screen to reissue your card.

Select “Change Debit PIN” as the reason for re-issuing the card.
