I am trying to complete the remittance process on the Internet, but it is not getting anywhere. What should I do?


The reason you cannot send funds via the Internet may be as follows.

・There is no money in your reserve account. You need to deposit money into your reserve account before requesting an Internet remittance. For details, please see “Internet Remittance – a convenient way to send money.”

・The transaction is restricted. We need to confirm transaction details, such as the purpose of the remittance and your relationship with the recipient, pursuant to the Payment Services Act, the Foreign Exchange Act, and the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds and similar.
