FAQ (Initial Settings)

You can log in by tapping the “NEOBANK” button on the “SBI Remit” smartphone application without entering your user name or password.

You cannot log in from the SBI Sumishin Net Bank website or the SBI Sumishin Net Banking smartphone application.

 

Log in using the following method.

 

① Log in to the SBI Remit smartphone app and tap the NEOBANK button.

 

② You are logged in (no need to enter your user name or password)

If you have not completed the initial settings, you will be transitioned to the Initial Setting Screen of SBI Remit NEOBANK. Please proceed with the steps for various processes such as setting up the PW or applying for a cash card with debit facility, from here

 

If you have completed the initial settings, you will be transitioned to the SBI Remit NEOBANK top page. You can perform various bank transactions from here.
