Thank you for using SBI Remit.

Deposits using our Remit Cards will not be accepted from our affiliated ATM’s if the SBI Remit member has an undergoing pending status. If you have not updated your residence card information at SBI Remit, you will have a pending status. Members are not allowed to remit unless the pending status are solved.

Please update new informations at your residence cards to us in advance. It takes several business days to complete the update procedures.

Restriction Details: Restrictions on deposits (remittances) at our affiliated ATMs (JP Bank, Lawson Bank) using Remit cards and Deposit cards

Examples when you have a pending status and cannot use the international money transfer service

1. If your residence card information is not registered yet
→Please register your valid residence card information.


2. If the period of stay of the residence card registered with us has expired
→Please register your updated valid residence card information.


3. If you have not completed the identity verification procedure


4. If you have not answered our questions
→we ask you to respond to the e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address and submit the required documents.
